The import record has value '2025-01-01' in the 'lastSyncDateTime' field which is mapping to 'source_recency_timestamp' field in the RTE definition. The 'source_recency_timestamp' field is used to compare with the 'Last scan' field value in the sys_object_source table which has value '2025-10-01 00:00:00''. As the sys_object_source record has newer timestamp then system just skipped to update the linked CI in the sys_object_source record. SGC-Tanium: In the same way, compare 'last_seen_at' in staging table with 'Last scan' in the sys_object_source.
