Steps to Reproduce

Just open the instance using Safari 18.0 (20619.1.26.31.6) and navigate to the top menus, for example, the "Favorites". See the image below.

Workaround At the moment, until Safari fixes the bug, the only workaround available is to use a different browser. There's another less-than-ideal workaround of pinning whichever menu is needed because when a menu is pinned the background of it is not blurred out.
