The initial token call is 200 (successful) and the import may only be partially successful, returning 200 (successful) response messages until the import fails with the 500 response. These may be viewed in the Outbound HTTP Requests. This may be reproducible outside of the ServiceNow instance by using an API testing utility. Returned message per API testing utility: { "httpStatus" : 500, "errors" : [ ] }ResolutionThis issue may be due to a stale record on the Jamf side which will need addressed in order to clear the error. Jamf Support may need to be contacted for assistance on determining the issue and steps forward, particularly if this is reproducible outside of the ServiceNow instance.
