Dependency View - page takes several minutes to load when there are a lot of relationships per node Description The Dependency View may take a long time to load due to a CI with many (>100k) relationships, ignoring the out of the box system properties values.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a CI with 140k plus relationships to a Retired CI. 2. Load the Dependency View for the CI or a related CI, where the CI with many relationships will be loaded. Observe the Dependency View loads a large result set despite the out of the box system properties.
