Service Operations Workspace Phone field not calling the selected numberDescriptionIn Incidents we have a field of type phone, using Service Operations Workspace we are able to call through a phone icon using our CTI integration.If you save a phone number, then write another and click on the phone icon, it will call the saved number instead of the new one. Furthermore, in SOW, if you go the user record, if you have a phone number already saved and you write over it without saving, it will call the new number, which is correct.End users expect the field in the incident record to work as the field in the user record.Steps to Reproduce 1. Create an incident in SOW2. In the call section, there is a phone number filed (u_phone) which is "phone_number_e164" in the type3. Populate the number in the field without saving the incident record and then press the phone icon4. Observe that a call is made by Openframe with the number showing in the field <== Expected behaviour5. Save the incident6. Change the number in the field without saving the incident record and then press the phone icon5. Observe that a call is made by Openframe with the number saved previously, instead of the number showing in the field <== Unexpected behaviourWorkaroundThis problem is fixed in Yokohama version.
