Open the indicator result and notice there is no issue created for failed results.ReleaseGRC: Profiles Version 19.0.4 GRC Policy and Compliance plugin version 19.0.2CauseThere is a new property sn_grc.indicator_result_execute_business_rules_on_indicator_job_run introduced which when set to false, is disabling business rule and hence not creating the issue. ResolutionEnable the sn_grc.indicator_result_execute_business_rules_on_indicator_job_run property and now it should start generating issues on the failed results. Please see the related documentation below for this property. The property is used while executing indicator result business rules on the indicator job run and is in GRC: Profiles. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/grc-common/reference/grc-properties.html Related Links Note: As per the documentation, the property is set to true by default but that does not seem to be the case in the latest release so a new PRB has been created PRB1798814 to address this.
