Virtual agent is creating an Empty interaction

Issue: An empty interaction is generated when user clicks in any link provided by virtual agent.

Steps to reproduce:

Start a conversation with virtual agent User get link to review a catalog item Link opens a new window with the catalog and a new interaction is created as virtual agent re-starts again on the new window

Cause: A property was not set correctly

Solution Proposed: 1. Go to sys_properties.list 2. Search by property: com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover 3. Set the property to: true 4. Save 5. Do cache.do on the instance 6. Try again and not interaction will be created.
