Starting from the Washington release, MID started using the new encryption standard. As a result, all credentials in the older encryption format failed to load into MID due to decryption issues. Therefore, it is necessary to migrate these credentials to the newer encryption format for them to function properly. For more details, please refer here. Go to Business rules and disable the BR "Encrypt ssh private key".After that, Navigate to Background Scripts under System definition.Download the attachment, replace the field SYS_ID_OF_RECORD with the credential's sysid in line "gr.addQuery("sys_id", "SYS_ID_OF_RECORD")," and run the script.Re-enable the "Encrypt ssh private key" business rule. Please re-try discovery. NOTE: If the "Encrypt ssh private key" business rule is not re-enabled after completion of the above activities, newly created SSH Private Keys will not be encrypted and discovery will not use the un-encrypted SSH Private Keys.
