New customers as of the <span class="ph">Utah</span> release can use the <span class="ph">Service Operations Workspace</span> for <span class="ph">ITOM</span>, which offers an enhanced UI for managing alerts.</div> <p class="p">You can configure the <span class="ph">Service Operations Workspace</span> to remain logged in for up to 24 hours.
