This is expected and the intention behind it is to always keep a working version of the page that the customer can go back to, and duplicate from. the error whcih you are getting is as expected. The 'Conflicts with Glide Form' message you are getting is expected, because the record page is using the Glide Form data source, while the component is trying to use a Form preset. What you need to do is to select 'None - configure the component manually' and provide the table and sysId values from the state properties, same as they are provided to the record page tab properties, please see the screenshots I attached.
