without disabling the property 'com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover', is there a way to use both proactive trigger message and Virtual Agent Chat popup?Summary<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } STEPS TO REPRODUCE : Log in to your instanceNavigate to the following URL : https://<your instance name>.service-now.com/esc?id=hrm_ticket_page&table=sn_hr_core_case&sys_id=<your sys_id value>Click 'Actions' followed by 'Ask a Question' buttonWhen the button 'Ask a Question' under 'Actions' button is clicked, the virtual agent chat doesn't show because the property (i.e., com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover) value is set to true, whereas the virtual agent chat shows and proactive trigger on virtual agent doesn't work when the property is set to false. Expected behaviour :Customer wants to see both showing virtual agent and proactive trigger on virtual agent works fine Actual behaviour :Depending on the property's value 'com.glide.cs.advanced-chat-popover', one works and the other one doesn't work Related Links<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } Both of the features (i.e., proactive message and virtual agent chat) can't exist at the same time because of the product's design.The proactive gets disabled when virtual agent chat (i.e., conversation) is active. When virtual agent chat is closed (inactive), proactive message will show up. No workaround available since it's designed its way.
