Health and safety agent tries to complete the "Assessments and surveys" offline using now mobile Description Assessments and surveys status doesn't change unless the survey is submitted Surveys cannot be completed using different devices like If agent starts a survey using a mobile device then he/she should complete it with the same device. Notification error message - If agent clicks on a completed survey Notification, he/she will get an error "Error loading URL, The request is Invalid"

Steps to Reproduce

Glide Version: [Vancouver, Washington, Xanadu ] H&S RM version : [3.0.0] Mobile: iOS, Android

Issue 1: Surveys cannot be completed using different devices like If agent starts a survey using a mobile device then he/she should complete it with the same device.

Description Agent has the flexibility to complete a survey from workspace, now mobile or agent mobile. It is possible to partially fill and continue the survey from desktop and now mobile but if they want to use "Agent Mobile App" then they have to complete the survey start to end using "Agent Mobile App",

Steps To Reproduce:- 1. Login to workspace, create a inspection and Assign it to an Agent. 2. An associated survey will be created for the inspection and will be assigned to an Agent. 3. Agent wants to partly complete the survey using different devices.

Actual Result: 1. If the agent wants to complete the survey using "Agent Mobile App", He is limited to complete the survey using one device.

Issue 2: Survey status doesn't change unless the survey is submitted using "Agent Mobile App". . Description Agent is trying to complete the survey using "Agent Mobile App" the status of the survey doesn't change, Although the data is persisted and the Agent has the flexibility to save his progress, the status on the survey remains "Ready-to-take" even when the survey is partially completed.

Steps To Reproduce:- 1. Login to Agent app. 2. Agent tries to complete the survey from notification screen or from the My assessment and Surveys List view.

Actual Result: 1. The status of the survey doesn't change once the Agent partially fills the survey.

Issue 3: On clicking a survey notification displays "Error loading URL, The request is Invalid" message when a survey is completed or cancelled.

Description Agent tries to open a survey which is either completed or cancelled or has past the due date then it displays an error message "Error loading URL, The request is Invalid".

Steps To Reproduce:- 1. Login to Agent app. 3. Agent tries to open a survey which is either completed or the survey has been cancelled or the survey pasts the due date.

Actual Result: 1. "Error loading URL, The request is Invalid" message is displayed.

Workaround Agents are advised to use "Agent Mobile App -> My Assessment and Surveys list view" to complete the surveys offline, Status might not change when the agent starts the survey but the progress is saved and they can pause and continue a survey.
