The Transcript time is recognized based on the below conditions,-> If the user ends the conversation then the transcript time is generated with the end user's time zone preference at that moment.-> If the agent ends the conversation then the transcript time is generated with the Agent's time zone preference at that moment.-> If the neither agent nor the end-user closes the conversation, then after timeout system closes the conversation, and the transcript timezone is generated based on the instance time zone.Whereas the interaction activity stream time is based on the user's preferred time zone who is viewing the interaction record.
