Error while enabling the English language in sys_language table is comes from the 'Activate a language' business rule Business Rule Link : https://<instance_id>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_script.do?sys_id=ac22e7aab7c20110d800911cde11a9d0 Line 9 of the business rule condition evaluates if language to be activated has language plugin or not, since English doesn't have any language plugin it returns NULL and aborts the operation thereby throwing the error.
