Sunbird Connector Integration Fails to Send new Assets from ServiceNow to DCIM SunbirdIssue After implementing the ServiceNow to DCI Sunbird Integration in a production environment a new hardware asset was created but the new record is never transferred to the DCIM Sunbird environment.CauseEven though the "x_sunbi_sunbird_dc.alm_hardware_rules_active" system property was set to "true" in the production instance the "afterSaveAsset" business rule was still inactive. ResolutionIf the "x_sunbi_sunbird_dc.alm_hardware_rules_active" system property is already set to "true" in the ServiceNow instance but the "afterSaveAsset" business rule is inactive then you can test manually activating that business rule and retrying to create a new asset. After this change the assets should start getting transferred from ServiceNow to DCIM Sunbird. NOTE: The "Sunbird DCTrack DCIM Connector" is a third-party developed connector hence for any queries/issues related to the same the customer will need to reach out to Sunbird Technical Support contact, i.e:- support@sunbirddcim.com Servicenow store link:https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/767452dbdb7aeb4083285ad3ca961921 The third-party-developed store apps fall outside the scope of Servicenow Support.
