Clicking on 'Show in Docintel' button shows empty page. - Known Error

Clicking on 'Show in Docintel' button shows empty page. Description On vancouver instances we are seeing issue when user clicks on 'show in docintel' button. A empty page is displayed for users.

Steps to Reproduce

1)create a task

2) process the task and click on 'show in docintel'.

Error in console will be like :

Workaround Workaround is to repair document intelligence application. This issue will reoccur if vancouver is updated with a patch release. We have to re run the repair then also. Permanant fix is to upgrade to washington release.
