<h2>CMDB remediation rules filter condition for workflow is not working</h2><br/><div style="overflow-x:auto"><article><div ><h3 >Issue </h3><section><p style="padding-left: 40px;">CMDB remediation rules filter condition for workflow is not working,</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">For example:</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">If we've multiple workflows configured to run on CI's which match's the remediation rules filter condition but the workflow's gets triggered on every CI even though the filter conditions doesn't match.</p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;"> </p></section></div><div ><h3 >Cause</h3><section><p style="padding-left: 40px;"> Adding filter conditions in the workflow is root cause of this behaviour</p></section></div><div ><h3 >Resolution</h3><section><ol style="list-style-position: inside;"><li>Do not configure the workflow with any filter conditions by setting <strong>If condition matches</strong> to <strong>None.</strong></li><li>So that the filters of the CMDB remediation rule will apply.</li><li>If the condition is set to "Run workflow always" in workflow, it will trigger the workflow when record is created/updated and also from the Business rule.</li></ol></section></div></article></div>
