Customer's Prod instance Microsoft Teams integration with the virtual agent is no longer responding. It was working until the 2024-04-11. There have been no changes to the virtual agent during this time. The connection has been established from the beginning, and it was updated and re-set with the tenant ID. However, the virtual agent still did not respond in Microsoft Teams. Attempts were made to trigger the virtual agent with "hi," but without success.
