When will the migration be arranged?A. Most customers will be migrated in 2025 and 2026. Q. During the migration, is there any service downtime? If there is, the customer needs to know ahead of time and adjust based on their schedule.A. Currently, the plan is for up to 5 minutes of downtime, like most AHA changes or DB maintenance changes. They will get notice of the change and reschedule it by themselves. Q. Is there any compatibility between the RaptorDB version and the ServiceNow version, such as Australia Patch 5?A. Family releases and RaptorDB releases are to be taken independently, and no major incompatibility is known between these versions.
