SaaS integration Integration profile form issues in or after Utah upgradesDescriptionSince Utah, if SaaS int app upgrades, we have intermittently observed that: Integration profile form's custom_integration view breaks and the fields and tabs are missingIntegration profile form's Default view breaks and the fields are missing or additional fields show upThe form layout for custom integration goes missing Commonly seen post upgrade in Utah, Vancouver, WashingtonSteps to Reproduce Steps:1. Take an instance on Washington2. Install plugin - com.sn_samp_master_ws3. Install store apps of released versions which support Washington - sn_sam_saas, sn_sam_saas_int4. Upgrade the instance to Sandbox5. Navigate to <Instance_base_url>/now/softwareasset/operations(Ex: https://task6.service-now.com/now/softwareasset/operations)6. Click User subscription --> Direct integration profiles7. Click New and select any integration type - Adobe cloud or Microsoft 365Actual Result:Integration profile page seems to be brokenExample:Expected Result:Integration profile page should load correctlyExample: WorkaroundRepair the SaaS License Management (sn_sam_saas_int) app from the Plugins page.
