UI Policies or Catalog UI policies Not working as expected during the On change scenario .SummaryWhen trying to configure UI Policies or Catalog UI Policies, we apply some conditions in Condition Builder to trigger the policies. However, its not behaving like a typical on change as we expect in Client script. Please elaborate. This has few implications namely:1. We are unable to UI Policies / Catalog UI Policies where conditions are in place.2. We will have resort to custom scripts in client scripts to implement the functionality though that can be configured in UI Policies / Catalog UI Policies if It had bee behaving in an expected manner. This is a defect and is targeted to be fixed in Yokohama release:PRB1769904Related Links- Able to replicate issue on OOB Instance of Washington (empkburra5)https://empkburra5.service-now.com/com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_view.do?v=1&sysparm_id=59e072da4fff0200086eeed18110c765https://empkburra5.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&table=sc_cat_item&sys_id=59e072da4fff0200086eeed18110c765 Working scenario with client script on 'Test via CS' variablehttps://empkburra5.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=catalog_script_client.do?sys_id=6cb0a49a1b1a0a90c57c63142a4bcb6b Non-working scenario with UI policy on 'Test via UI policy' variablehttps://empkburra5.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=catalog_ui_policy.do?sys_id=f8ab14d21b1a0a90c57c63142a4bcb8c - Field message feature on UI policy action is specific to Catalog not for general form- Field message feature on UI policy action is new feature brought in Washington Document of Service catalog having Field message feature on Catalog UI policy actionhttps://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-servicenow-platform/page/product/service-catalog-management/task/t_CreatUIPolicyForSvcCalgIt.html
