[Washington DC] - Cannot add multiple records in slushbucket when Enable accessibility in classic ON Description Issue Description: [Washington DC] - Cannot add multiple records in slush bucket when Enable accessibility in classic ON

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set Enable accessibility in classic ON in User Preference 2. Open any change record. 3. Click Edit button in "Incident Fixed By Change tab", 4. Select multiple record in slush bucket and click add button

Expected behavior All selected recorded should be added Actual behavior Not all selected recorded was added
