Users in other domains cannot user the Ask a Question.ResolutionIf the customer needs the Social QA Knowledge Base to be visible to all users, set it to the global domain. Otherwise, it will only be available to users in the current domain and its parent domains. Please configure the domain of the Social QA Knowledge Base according to business requirements.
