It calculates the time between when the chat is accepted and the first message is sent by the agent to the requester.2. Agent Average Response Time (agent_average_response_time) - Calculated by the server and set when the chat is ended. It calculates the average time between the requester sending a message and the agent sending a response. If the requester sends multiple messages before the agent sends a response, the messages after the first message and before the response are ignored for this calculation.Example: Requester sends a messages at 1:00:01, 1:00:02, 1:00:06 and the agent sends responses at 1:00:04, 1:00:07. We take the pairs 1:00:04-1:00:01 and 1:00:07-1:00:06 and get the differences ( 3s, 1s ) and take the average resulting in the average response time of 2 seconds.
