The entitlement has reserve entitlement flag checked and a reference to the Source entitlement representing the original subscription being added to. At annual true-up with Microsoft, customers need to pay a pro-rated cost for these licenses calculated from the date they are reserved. This feature allows customers to manage their O365 reserved licenses and accurately calculate the true up cost. After the end date, the reserve entitlement expires (and true up has been paid), a new Subscription entitlement will be automatically generated to represent the rights for the duration of the source entitlement.
