Event rules (which were disabled) are enabled after the instance upgrade Issue Event rules (which were disabled) are enabled after the instance upgrade.

Steps to Reproduce :

1. Create an instance with the San Diego version. 2. install EM (Event Management) plugin 3. disable all event rules 4. upgrade instance to Tokyo release 5. check active event rules.

Resolution This issue is fixed in the Vancouver Patch 2 & Washington DC Patch 3 Release.

You can upgrade the instance to a fixed release.

After the instance upgrade, manually disable event rules.
