Agent Workspace - Chats are not appearingIssueThe chat dashboard shows there's currently chats in the queue. Although, these don't appear in an available state. Their status changes to Away (Automatic) (This usually occurs when a chat has not been accepted by the agent) Steps to reproduce Agent set to be availableAfter receive an item, agent will not accept the itemAfter the item move to another agent, the status of the agent is changed to away automatically Resolution1- Go to the queue with issues2- Click on the assignment rules3- Go to Rejection handling tab4- Update "After timeout presence" to Available5- Save Note: Do the same for the other queues
