Publisher overview results page is slow/not loading (Unlicensed entitles , Progress Indicators widgets are slow to load) Description When the number of unlicensed installs are in millions, SamPublisherResultsMetricsData data broker on 'Publisher overview results' page is getting timed out after 30 seconds and the page isn't loading.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create at least 1M unlicensed installs for a single publisher. 2. Run Reconciliation. 3. Navigate to License Usage and select the Publisher card. Result: Observe that the Publisher overview results page is slow or isn't loading. Workaround Update sets for Washington DC Patch 2:

DEF0524727_Backend.xml DEF0524727_Workspace.xml

Please apply the update sets, run the fix script "PRB1764672 Update set", and then run reconciliation for all publishers.

Note : Please note that applying the Workaround is treated as a customization and corresponding records are created in the Customer Update [sys_update_xml] table where the Replace on upgrade field is set to false.

Please refer to the product documentation to overwrite this customization when upgraded to a fixed version later.
