Agent chat is not triggering on the portal for the user.IssueThe agent chat is not triggering on the portal for the users. Steps to reproduce 1. Connected as user2. Go to portal /_PORTAL_3. Connect as agent (The belongs to queue EMEA French)4. Go to agent workspace and makes the user available5. As user, open the chat from the portal6. Type: "connect to agent"7. Select the option=> "Chat EMEA French" 8. The chat is not going to the queue saying no available agents CauseThere are some configuration issues for this. Resolution1. On the Queue: Chat EMEA - French, remove the condition=> Context queue = Chat EMEA - French2. For the HR user profile for the user, Add France on the HR profile location for that user as that is used on the queue condition3. There is a queue: Test Queue that does not have conditions and no script and can be picked as that queue has order = 100 as well.=> You can disabled or just change the order to 1000 or higher
