Agent Whispering Out-Of-The-Box Modules Not AvailableIssueUsers are unable to see the modules where agents can be notified that they need their attention. Steps to reproduce:1. Login in the instance.2. Impersonate as an agent.3. Access the Service Portal page.4. Initiate a request to Live Chat support.5. Live agent accepts and starts chatting.6. Live agent clicks on Help and Chat shows Help requested.7. Now login as a supervisor of an agent and you do not see any Out-Of-The-Box lists that you can directly go to and no notifications appear. CauseThe Conversational Monitoring feature is part of the CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Foundation. To use this feature, the CSM Configurable Workspace, FSM Configurable Workspace, and CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Foundation applications must be installed. Resolution1. Install the CSM and FSM Configurable Workspace Foundations application.2. Install the CSM Configurable Workspace application.3. Install the FSM Configurable Workspace application.4. Connect to the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace.5. Go to the list and select the "Conversational Monitoring".6. On that entry, the "Help Requested" will be available.
