Live Agent Shows Not Available Although Agent Is AvailableIssueWhen a user tries to initiate a live agent chat from the Service Portal, they do not receive any notifications even though the agent is online. Steps to Reproduce 1. Agent is available 2. The user connects to the portal and open the chatbot 3. When the user clicks on live agent support there is a message show as live agent chat is available from 8am to 5pm 4. And even the agents are available. CauseThe chat setup was set to use Connect instead of Workspace. Resolution1- Go to Chat Setup2- Replace these entries with Agent Workspace:- CSM Fulfiller UI- HR Fulfiller UI- ITSM Fulfiller UI- Global Fulfiller UI3- Do cache.do4- Try again and that must resolved the issue
