Incident Related List Shows Multiple TabsIssue Opening the incident UI, saw there are new multiple tabs called "Incident" after upgrading to Washington DC version 1. Go to incident.list 2. Open any record 3. Observe there are multiple new tabs called "Incident"CauseThe issue is caused by the creation of multiple sections with the same name "incident" in the default view of the incident form.ResolutionThe upgrade did not create those new tabs. The tabs were created by a specific user.
