In the message column search for 'issue' and hit enter key:https://instancename.service-now.com/sys_ui_message_list.do?sysparm_query=keySTARTSWITHissue&sysparm_view= 3. There may be 1 or more sys_ui_message records which contain 'issue' as value for the message field. 4. Locate the correct record and change the message from 'issue' to 'Issue' and save.
