CMDB Data Manager's 'Dependent CIs management' feature is enabled on instance without warning or customer's consent Description In Utah, the CMDB Data Manager is enabled by default when the instance has one or more active CSDM lifecycle rules.

This has had an unintended consequence of also enabling the 'Dependent CIs management' feature of CMDB data manager.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create one or more active CSDM lifecycle rules.

2. Upgrade the instance, note the CMDB Data Manager is enabled by default.

3. Note this enables the Dependent CIs Management feature.

Workaround You can create and set the "cmdb.dependent.ci.cascade.op.enabled" system property to false.
