ServiceNow Communities, Harvest Knowledge UI Not VisibleIssue Whenever a Community Manager deletes a Draft Article created from a question, the UI Action "Harvest Knowledge" is no longer visibleCauseWhen a community content is harvested, a record is created in table "Community Harvested Contents" which contains info about which knowledge content has been harvested. Deleting the knowledge article doesn't delete the corresponding record in table "Community Harvested Contents", which by design hides the option to harvest already harvested community content. Resolution"Community Harvested Contents" record needs to be deleted to fix the issue. Please follow below steps to fix the issue :- 1. Navigate to table "Community Harvested Contents" by entering "sn_communities_harvested_content.list" in the navigator. 2. Search the list with Article Number (Article which was deleted) in the 'Article' Column. 3. Delete this record from the table.
