Steps to Reproduce

1. In an instance where Release Management is active, Go to "Releases" (rm_release) table 2. Create a new release 3. In the Releases related list, add 2-3 new releases 4. In the Release record, click on the "Release Hierarchy" related link 5. Switch language to an RTL language (e.g. Hebrew) 6. Observe the hierarchy arrows are misaligned
