Unable to install or update application/plugin after upgradeIssue When trying to update an application and/or plugin from the Updates tab in Application Manager or navigating to System Definition -> Plugins, there seems to be the following errors: Bad Request (400) error has occurred. Please check that your instance is running and refresh or App info not found. Click Ok to go back to homepageCauseThis is caused by the role sn_kmf.cryptographic_manager not being assigned to the user. If the Key Management Framework (KMF) plugin is installed in the instance, there is a requirement that this role be added to a user's account to instal and/or update applications and plugins.ResolutionTo resolve: Navigate to System Security > Key Management Administration.Select your or an administrator's user ID and Save. This will now assign the sn_kmf.admin role to the user.Once assigned, navigate to the sys_user table and add the sn_kmf.cryptographic_manager role to a user, granting them access to install/update applications and plugins.Related LinksRoles installed with Key Management Framework Assign KMF roles
