Redirect/routing does not work for users with 'itil' role to push them to Service Operations Workspace (SOW)User Bucky Barnes was having issues as, after following documentation for Configuring Service Operations Workspace for ITSM, he was still not being redirected on his test account (having only the 'itil' role) to Service Operations Workspace (SOW) as expected. - After researching past cases, it was found that UX Screen 'Unified Navigation Landing Page - Service Operations Workspace Audience' was set to active = false, and as a result, the redirect/routing did not work. This piece of logic is related to the 'SOW - Polaris Routing - itil' Audience record, and is needed for the redirect/routing to function properly. To locate this UX Screen record, type 'sys_ux_screen.list' into the left-navigator and hit enter. Then, under the 'Screen Name' column, type 'Unified Navigation Landing Page - Service Operations Workspace Audience' and hit enter. One record should return, and is the record of interest. Once Bucky activated the aforementioned UX Screen, the behavior subsided and his test account was successfully redirected to SOW from that moment forward.
