Unread messages display in the Virtual Agent on page refreshDescriptionAfter ending a conversation with the Virtual Agent , If the user refreshed their page the virtual agent will start a new conversation automatically leaving unread messages in the chat.Steps to Reproduce 1. In any Vancouver Instance navigate the to SP portal2. Start a chat with the Virtual agent 3. End the chat then minimize the chat window. 4. Refresh the browser page. 5. Notice that the Virtual shows new messages though a new converstation was not started by the User.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed.
