Special Handling Notes displays horizontal scrollbar in CSM Configurable Workspace Description Special Handling Notes for the CSM Configurable Workspace could sometimes require users to scroll horizontally in order to see all of the information.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a Special Handling Note's HTML field to contain data that does not "wrap" easily, such as long, unbroken text strings or large images.

2. Open a case in the CSM Configurable Workspace in which this Special Handling Note will display.

3. Note that the Special Handling Notes will require the user to scroll horizontally in order to see all the data.

Workaround The latest version of the app has fixes in place to prevent a horizontal scrollbar from appearing, such as forcing text to wrap even if it does not contain whitespace. Otherwise, please consider formatting the HTML field of Special Handling Notes with spacing in mind. If input within the HTML field would stretch past the boundaries of the Special Handling Notes, consider reorganizing the information, such as adding additional line breaks, white space, or making images/text smaller.
