New Change Request displays Page Not Found on CSM Configurable Workspace Description In older instances of the CSM Configurable Workspace, the Change Request functionality was not configured to work out of the box. As such, users will have to manually set up this functionality or it will display "Page not found" when attempting to use it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to instance 2. Go to /now/cwf/agent 3. Go to Lists> change > All > NEW 4. Observe the screen displays "Page not found" and the URL still displays only /now/cwf/agent with nothing appended

Workaround As latest versions have Change Request configured to work automatically on the CSM Configurable Workspace, consider upgrading to the latest version. If remaining on the older version, Change Request can be manually setup by following the steps outlined in https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1215305 "Set up New button on Change list page in CSM Configurable Workspace".
