Activate the Plugin ITSM Mobile Agent. 2. Log in Agent Mobile App, the ITSM Mobile Agent Application is loaded. 3. Change the system property "glide.sys.default.tz" to an invalid value like "?". 4. Log in the Agent Mobile App again. 5. The ITSM Mobile Agent Application cannot be loaded. There is a warning message in the node logs "User WARNING * WARNING " Imalid time zone: ? for guest". This issue will be resolved after set the "glide.sys.default.tz" to a valid value or set it to empty.
