We checked and found knowledge article KB0001155 is in draft state. 2. We created a new knowledge article KB0003728 and published the knowledge article, edit option is visible to the knowledge group member. 3. As a system administrator we checked out the knowledge article, when the article is in draft state KB0003728 knowledge group member do not see edit option4. We published the knowledge article once again and checked out as user(knowledge group member), when the knowledge article is in draft state checked out by the user himself, the edit option is visible 5. For the end user (knowledge group member) to see the edit option, article has to be in published state or it has to be checked by the same user.
