State field is empty on a Major Incident when viewing in Workbench view.Issue The "state" field is empty when a major incident is viewed from the major incident workbench.CauseThis is can occur if multiple languages are specified for the system property glide.sys.language. Typically, there should be only one value. If there are multiple choices, the system will be unable to get the incident record choices.ResolutionMake sure that only one value is set for the system property glide.sys.language.Related LinksIf a different language is required, the user can change it in their user preference under Preferences > Display > Language. If the issue still occurs, logout and log back in - this property can be cached and stored in user sessions.
