Profile Details Step does not load completely in the playbook for Salesforce CRM SaaS Direct Integration Profile in Software Asset WorkspaceDescriptionAfter upgrading from Tokyo to Utah,Vancouver+ versions, When creating a direct integration profile for Salesforce CRM in Software Asset Workspace, the Profile details step in the playbook does not load the form details and appears to be stuck.Users can't move to the next stage in the playbook as Form Fields and Mark complete button is not loaded on the page.This happens since one of the form section file was not loaded correctly or is missing on upgrade.Steps to Reproduce In a Tokyo instance, install the following plugins : Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins (com.sn_samp_master)Software Asset Workspace (com.sn_sam_workspace)Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management(com.sn_sam_saas_int) : Any Tokyo compatible version Upgrade an instance to Utah, Vancouver or higher versions. Navigate to Software Asset Workspace >> Direct Integration Profiles >> New >> Select "Salesforce CRM"The playbook page loads.Complete the first Register a Salesforce application step, select all check boxes as you complete the steps.Mark complete button shows up once all steps are completed.Click Mark Complete. The playbook moves to the second step ""Profile Details". Observe : The form fields are not loaded on the form and there are no buttons to review or complete this step.Expected: The profile details form loads, and user can review the fields and add a name to the integration profile and save the form and proceed to next steps.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed. Based on the instance versions please update the application "Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management" (com.sn_sam_saas_int) where you have the permanent fix. : Utah : 11.1.9 or higher Version Vancouver: 12.0.13 or higher Version Washington DC: 13.1.4 or higher Version Xanadu: 14.0.5 or higher Version In case you are not able to update the application to the fixed version from the Store, then please use the UI16 classic navigation to create the integration profile. To create the integration profile in UI 16, In the All navigation menu, enter samp_sw_subscription_profile.LISTClick NewSelect Salesforce CRMConfigure the profile.Once the profile is created, it can also be accessed and updated from Workspace menu.
