SecOps Module Access (Read-Only) - What role/permission do we assign users to access the historical data as read-only?Issue What role/permission do we assign users to access the historical data as read-only?ResolutionSo, there is no specific documentation we have for custom solutions, in ServiceNow docs.As a recommendation, and this is not something we will support and customer needs to test, they can1. create a new role2. disable all the ACLs on the specific table they want to give read-only access3. create new Read ACLs (one table level and one all fields (*)) and only add the new role in there.This will allow only the user with the role (which they need to assign to the user) to view the records.Again, this is a generic suggestion and the customer needs to test and own this.
