List report widgets on dashboards will not render column headers if there are additional group bys and the 'Group By' selected value is '--None--' Description In Vancouver, the column headers for list report widgets will not render if there are additional group bys selected for the report and the selected group by is '--None--' on the widget. If the group by is changed to an actual field, then the list report widget will refresh and the column headers appear.

Steps to Reproduce

1) In Vancouver, create a new report of type 'List' on any table that returns data and add a few fields to the 'Additional Group By' then save the report. 2) Add the newly created report to any dashboard. 3) Select '--None--' as the group by on the list report widget on the dashboard and observe the column headers of the report do not render. 4) Change the group by value to any of the selected fields in the dropdown and observe the column headers of the report render upon refresh.

Expected behavior: The column headers should always render regardless of the group by value Actual behavior: Column headers do not render when the group by value selected is '--None--'
