Duplicate Info Messages generated when using Polaris/Next Experience - Known Error

Duplicate Info Messages generated when using Polaris/Next Experience Description Duplicate Info Messages Generated on Enabling Polaris. This issue happens only when the List/Form is open within the banner frame. The issue can also be observed when creating/updating a report for example. 2 identical popup messages are being displayed instead of one.

Steps to Reproduce

Make sure Polaris is enabled in the instance. Using reports: Creating/updating a report Observe that 2 identical pop-up messages are being displayed instead of one:

Using a Before Business Rule: Create a Before Business Rule (Insert + Update). For example: Open a List (Ex: incident.list) inside the banner frame. URL should look like this - https://[INSTANCE].service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/incident_list.do Click on the User Icon > Preferences > Display > Toggle the value of "Load related lists in classic forms" and click X to close > This will refresh the screen and 2 identical "p "glide.ui.menu.main.pinned.id is updated or inserted" are displayed:

Actual Behavior: Two identical info messages are being displayed.

Expected Behavior: There should only be a single info message to be displayed.

Workaround This problem has no workaround but it has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
