All the drop down values are not available in the ms teams bot for ServiceNowIssue The Drop Down Values is only showing 7 values even though we have many values in backend ServiceNow instance for a specific field only in Teams Application. In Virtual Agent this is working as expected.CauseThe Topic has been configured in this way such that only 7 values can be displayed.
