Troubleshooting: Policy update issues post DEX plugin upgradeIssue Description Policies are not updating after upgrading the DEX Plugins even though there are no explicit changes Workaround steps 1. Once the upgrade is completed, go to System Definition > Plugin Installation History. 2. Sort(z to a) the "System Upgrades" table by the "Upgrade finished" column and open the first record for the "sn_dex_content" plugin. 3. After coming to the "sn_dex_content" plugin record, check "Skipped Changes to Review", if you see any entries there related to Policies, then you need to follow the below steps otherwise you are good with the upgrade, so skip the below steps. 4. If the records under "Skipped Changes to Review" are of Policies, Just confirm that no one has made any changes to the OOB policies and open the record then follow the below steps 4.1 After reviewing the changes, click Revert to Base System. Disposition changes from Skipped to Reverted.Resolution Status changes to Reviewed and Reverted.The system creates a Customer Update record.The record moves from the Skipped Changes to Review to the Skipped Changes Reviewed related list. 4.2 Delete the files from Customer Updates(table:sys_update) that modified in the step 4.1(Delete all entries of the file if there are multiple entries of a file) 4.3 If anyone made the changes explicitly and for more details then follow the doc Resolve a skipped update and set a resolution status
